We are located approximately 3 miles east of Dripping Springs, TX, off U.S. Hwy 290. From Austin we are approximately 10 miles west of the "Y" in Oak Hill (southwest Austin intersection of Hwy. U.S. 290 and state Hwy. 71), just past the POLO CLUB and Whirl Away Drive.

Driving west on U.S. 290 from Austin, turn right/north on Trautwein Drive and go 1.5 miles to intersection of Oakwood Lane. Turn left (west) and go one block to Cottonwood Creek Drive. Turn left (south) and turn into the 3rd drive on your left: 509 Cottonwood Creek Drive.

Driving east on U.S. 290 from Dripping Springs, turn left/north on North Canyonwood Drive and go 1.5 miles to intersection of Oakwood Lane. Turn right (east) and go three blocks to Cottonwood Creek Drive, which will be your first right. Turn right (south) and turn into the 3rd drive on your left: 509 Cottonwood Creek Drive.
